Biography
Brandon was born in South Bend, Indiana in 1993. He attended Indiana University at Bloomington and graduated as a double major in political science and economics. Brandon then attended Valparaiso University School of Law and completed his Juris Doctorate in 2018 as an honors scholar. While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Society as well as an Executive Article Editor on Law Review. Brandon was admitted to the Indiana State Bar and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana Bar in 2019.
Brandon is a member of the Elkhart County, St. Joseph County and Indiana State Bar Associations.
In addition, Brandon has extensive criminal law trial and plea bargaining experience that was gained from both of his respective tenures as a public defender for Elkhart Legal Aid in the Elkhart City Court and felony arraignment hearings in St. Joseph County.
Brandon serves on the Board of Directors at RETA, which is a family resource center in Elkhart committed to helping men and women find the support they need when facing a pregnancy and beyond.
